Kosher Sea Salt Flakes
Harvested from the Pacific Ocean, this salt has a distinct advantage over traditional Kosher salts, as it retains the trace minerals and eliminates the usual addition of anti-caking agents. It comes in the typical, distinctive pyramid-shaped crystals that allow it to melt quickly and blend well with other dry ingredients. It is also an ideal choice for making butter, cheese, meat rubs, as a topping on green salads, as well as being good for use in koshering meats.
Kosher Flake Sea Salt. Processed on equipment that also processes: Crustacean Shellfish, Egg, Fish, Milk, Peanut, Soy, Tree Nuts (Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Coconut, Filbert (Hazelnut), Macadamia Nut, Pecan, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Walnut) and Wheat.
