Mixing Instructions: Natural Greek Seasoning 5lb

GREEK PASTA & FETA SALAD

1 lb. Penne Rigati or Large Shells
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
6 ounces Feta Cheese, diced, drained
1 cup fresh Cucumber, diced
6 ounce whole Medium Black Olives, drained
1 cup whole Grape Tomatoes, washed, cut in half
½ cup fresh scallions cut ½” diagonally
2 Tablespoons fresh Mint or Parsley, chopped fine
3 Tablespoons Natural Greek Seasoning (or to taste)

1.) Cook pasta al dente; cool in cold water; toss with olive oil.
2.) Add all other ingredients; toss together gently.
3.) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
