Chocolate Fondant Icing
Fondant is used by pastry chefs to artfully decorate éclairs, tompouce, viennoiserie and other pastries or also as an ingredient for fillings or truffles. In some countries, special fondants are used for finger rolls or donuts.
Sugar, Corn Syrup, Water, Soybean Oil, Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Palm Oil, Contains 2% or Less of: Cellulose Gum Natural and Artificial Flavor, Palm Kernel Oil, Preservative (sorbic acid), Salt, Soy Lecithin, Unsweetened Chocolate Xanthan Gum.Contains soy.
