Do-Cel Dough Conditioner will make your dough stronger and your breads and pastries lighter and fluffier. Use this conditioner also to prevent staling and to keep your breads and pastries fresher longer. Use this industrial item for use with all yeast raised dough.
Ing: Dextrose, enriched wheat flour bleached (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), guar gum,soy flour, soy lecithin, dry whey, yeast, salt, calcium sulfate and ammonium chloride (yeast nutrients), corn starch, sorbitan monostearate, azodicarbonamide (dough conditioner). **Contains: Wheat, Milk and Soy Ingredients.
