Organic Red Rolled Wheat Flakes

Regular rolled red wheat, or red wheat “flakes,” are made by cleaning, steaming, and flaking wheat berries to a customized flake thickness. Applications include bakery products, mueslies and ready-to-eat cereals.
Similar to rolled oats, regular rolled wheat can be used in a variety of baking applications or eaten plain.
