This 100% whole grain wheat flour is made from American hard red spring wheat and contains the nutritional benefits of grinding the whole kernel. It can replace white flour in most recipes with little or no modifications. It is light brown in color, with brown flecks throughout. Great for bagels, breads, brownies, cookies, muffins, pizza crusts, pretzels and rolls.
