Mixing Instructions: Oatmeal Cookie Mix 25lb

Directions:
5 lbs Oatmeal Cookie Mix
1 1/2 cups Cold Water

1. Place mix in proper size mixing bowl. Add water and mix 1 minute on low with a paddle.
(For softer dough add more water a little at a time).
2. Drop dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet with a #40 ice cream scoop
or tablespoon for a 3 inch cookie.
3. Bake at 375⁰F for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from sheet while still warm and cool on rack.
In a convection oven, reduce temperature 50⁰F
May also require less baking time ( 2 to 7 minutes average)
Yield: 5lbs. Of cookie mix will make approximately 81 - 3 inch cookies.
