When adding Lecithin, use one tablespoon per every pound of dough to improve moisture and texture in a variety of baked goods including breads and cookies.
Soy Lecithin (emulsifier). Contains Soy. Processed on equipment that also processes: Crustacean Shellfish, Egg, Fish, Milk, Peanut, Sesame, Soy, Tree Nuts (Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Coconut, Filbert (Hazelnut), Macadamia Nut, Pecan, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Walnut) and Wheat.
