This specially formulated fruit pectin blend reacts with sugars and the fruits own acid to cause a jelling effect in jam and jelly recipes.
Dextrose, Pectin, Citric Acid (acidifier). Processed on equipment that also processes: Crustacean Shellfish, Egg, Fish, Milk, Peanut, Sesame, Soy, Tree Nuts (Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Coconut, Filbert (Hazelnut), Macadamia Nut, Pecan, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Walnut) and Wheat.
