Mixing Instructions: Cope's Golden Dried Corn 25lb

2 1/4 cups dried corn
3 1/2 cups boiling water
3 tsp. sugar
salt & margarine or butter to taste
1 cup milk

Combine dried corn and boiling water. Soak 1 hour or longer.
Add sugar, salt and margarine or butter, and let simmer
1/2 hour or longer. Add milk. Cook 5 min.
1 lb. dried corn will yield 4 lb. when reconstituted and
will yield 16 servings.
Average serving size is 4 oz.
