The bold taste of fresh garlic coupled with a nice herbal finish you will want to use on more than just your salads! Makes a healthful marinade for vegetables, meats, poultry and fish. Makes a wonderful dressing for a black and blue salad (steak and blue cheese). Add to potato salad or pasta salad.
