This product is all natural and has no nitrites added. Pork roll is a traditional smoked pork bologna. It can be sliced ¼” thick and fried with eggs for breakfast or sliced thin as a sandwich meat. To make a no nitrite added pork roll with this seasoning, simply add four ounces of 811024 Veg-A-Cure for every fifty pounds of ground pork.

Mixing Instructions: Natural Pork Roll Seasoning 6lb


10 lbs Fresh Pork (about 25% fat)
1.20 lbs Pork Roll Seasoning
1/2 cup Molasses or Table Syrup (optional)
0.20 lb Water

Coarse grind Pork (3/8" to 1/2" plate). Mix &
knead the Pork, Water, Molasses and
Seasoning, well. Regrind the mix (3/16").
Stuff into casing. Cook/Smoke to 170 degrees
internal temperature.
