Mixing Instructions: Natural Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, No MSG Added* 5lb

NATURAL JAMAICAN JERK SEASONING-No MSG added*
-adds a spicy touch of the Caribbean to Meats, Rice, Soups, Sauces & more.
-Use 1 Tablespoon each of Jamaican Jerk Seasoning & Corn Starch, to every 1lb. of Chicken, Fish or Pork; Marinade at least 2 hours.
JAMAICAN RICE PILAF 2 ½ cups White Basmati or Jasmine Rice 2 T. Coconut Oil 1 ½ cups Fresh Onion- diced 5 cups Hot Water ½ cup Chipped Coconut 2 T. Natural Jamaican Jerk Seasoning ¾ cup Red Bell Pepper –diced ¼ cup Golden Raisins 1 cup Fresh Apples-diced 1 cup Fresh Mango-diced 1 T. Natural Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (optional as finishing spice)
-Dry fry the rice & onions in the coconut oil until the onions are a little transparent; -Add the hot water, chipped coconut & Jamaican Jerk Seasoning to the rice and bring to a boil. Stir only once; cover and reduce heat to simmer 15 min. -Fold in Red Bell Peppers and Raisins; remove from heat; cover & allow to steam for 5 min.; Add Apples, Mango & extra spice if desired; Eis gud Mon. *Except glutamic acid which naturally occurs in: dairy, vegetable, grain and meat products.
