Mixing Instructions: Parboiled Rice 50lb


1 cup Parboiled Rice
2 cups water
2 tbsp oil or butter
(salt & pepper to taste)

In a covered saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Add oil & seasoning to rice. Add rice to
saucepan, stir only once, return to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover & let simmer 15
min. Keep covered, remove from heat & steam
5 min. Fluff with fork and serve.
