This easy yellow rice recipe is one of our favorite side dishes! It's versatile enough to be paired with almost anything. Use the basic recipe or add some spices to change things up a little bit. Mixing Instructions: Garden Vegetable Yellow Rice Blend 3/5lb

2 cups water
1 cup rice blend

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Add rice blend. Return to a boil, stir,
cover and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir,
remove from heat, keep covered and
allow to steam for 5 minutes. Fluff
with a fork and serve.

Makes about 4 servings.
