Mixing Instructions: Old-Time Beef Gravy 10lb

½ cup gravy mix
2½ cups water

In a heavy saucepan, use a wire whisk to
thoroughly combine water and gravy
mix. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil
over medium heat, and allow to boil for
one minute while gravy thickens.
Remove from heat and serve.
