Mixing Instructions: Meat Tenderizer 5lb

3/4 tsp. Meat Tenderizer
1 lb. Meat

Lightly moisten meat with water.
Sprinkle Tenderizer on meat: use 3/4 teaspoon per
pound of meat. Pierce meat deeply with fork
at 1/2 inch intervals.
Broil, grill, bake, or fry immediately after applying.
