Mixing Instructions: Natural Maple Sausage Seasoning 10lb


10 lbs Fresh Pork (about 25-30% fat)
0.60 lb Natural Maple Sausage Seasoning
Mix seasoning into meat thoroughly. Chill for
one hour. Form patties, stuff into casings,
or leave loose. Slowly cook sausage at medium
heat and turn often to prevent burning.
